this transcript thing is not good. i either have to go get it in person or send away by mail for it, which takes 3 days. either way, the ___ wants it attached in an email, so wtf?! i don't know. i'm trying to expedite this process and i can't very well call the ___ from here so...suggestions? it seems like the ___ should just be able to access it, no?
